theurer.com C3 is the leading ERP/MIS software for printing and packaging companies and is used by more than 16,000 users in over 30 countries. We are a mixture of software development and business consulting. Through automation and digitalization we help our customers to become cost and innovation leaders in the customer journey.
We are about 60 colleagues in the departments Consulting, Sales & Marketing, Software Development, Product Engineering, IT and Operations.

Working in Consulting
In the Consulting department, we are mainly concerned with supporting new customers in the project for the initial introduction of our software, as well as advising existing customers in the areas or organization, automation and igitalization, and implementing these solutions. Most of the colleagues in our Consulting department come from the print & packaging environment or from the field of Information Systems or Business Administration in terms of training or professional experience.
As a rule – especially as a new colleague – you always work in a project as part of a team with other more experienced colleagues and divide up the project tasks according to your own strengths, preferences and level of knowledge.
In practice, the activities in consulting are very broad and a typical project for the implementation of our software at a new customer has many aspects. It starts with general project management, as-is analysis of processes, specification of target processes, IT technical implementation, training, live start support and of course general consulting "how to organize better" and digitalization.

Working in software development
Software development is mainly concerned with the new and further development of our core software. This includes, for example, the development of the core services in C#, our browser frontends with HTML5 and Javascript or the customizing platform for our users or consulting. The colleagues in the software development department are in terms of education or professional experience from the field of computer science and software engineering.

Carreer Changers
You are currently working in print & packaging or in Process Organization/ Business Administration?
Most of our colleagues in Consulting and Sales & Marketing originally come from this environment, so they are "career changers". The majority came to us with "good IT user skills" and at the same time a high affinity for IT and are now successful consultants. A structured 6-week training program will prepare you for your new job and provide you with the necessary basis.

Of course, the lack of parking frustration is also fun. Drivers will find plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the office. We are only a six-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, and you can be in the center of Stuttgart city in 25 minutes.

Sales Account Manager – ERP Software (m/f/d)

Your Job:

  • Handling sales for our ERP software as well as our artificial intelligence for production planning
  • Acquiring new clients and new projects for existing clients
  • Introducing and presenting theurer.com GmbH and our dashboards in person and online
  • You are the contact person for our future clients from the first contact to conclusion of the contract
  • Preparing quotes/offers

  • You identify the needs and wishes of stakeholders (sales/marketing, users, hotline, consulting, engineering, etc.) and develop these points in interactive dialogue with the stakeholders

  • Good knowledge in C#
  • Preferably experience in several of the following programming languages and technologies: (T-)SQL, VB.NET, ASP.NET, REST Web Services, VB/VBA, office components, especially Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL server
  • Engaged team player with great enthusiasm for the latest technologies 
  • Experience in developing or customizing business software as well as a creative sense would be an advantage
  • Ideally work experience in the area of software development
  • Good language skills in German and English
