The C3 Business Intelligence is an extremely powerful system for management as well as users. Reports, Statistics and individual Analysis can be generated automatically and can add extended workflow functionality to your reports. The Management Information System provides a real-time overview of all decision relevant data at any time. Various included standard-reports help you with a fast start up and are the base of your individual sophisticated statistics. The system-wide authorizations secure critical enterprise data.

 

Exporting and Automation 

Any report can by transferred to Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF or various other data types. Reports can be generated and sent by mail regularly, for example the previous week´s sales statistics could be generated every Sunday night and be automatically sent to the sales director. Your own report definitions can be directly exported to XML file and imported again.

 

OLAB Cube Reports

The C3 Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) Reports provide data from any unit of your enterprise and link data exactly the way you need it. Your data is organised in a multi-dimensional cube and you are able to browse through your entire company. With the included drill-down functions, you can explore the data exactly on the level of detail you need to. All C3 OLAP-Reports can be either shown as a pivot table or as any graphical chart.

 

Individual Reports

Individual reports can be created easily with an assistant or even with your own SQL-statement. You can add your own C3 "magnifying glass", that for example, opens the actual quotation on your report then shows all open quotations of a certain account manager. Your own parameters can be added for the highest flexibility. The C3 individual reporting also includes the OLAP Reports, where you can create your own cubes with filters and drill-down options.
