Enterprise Resource Planning

The Enterprise Resource Planning system is the backbone of your theurer.com C3 installation. It includes the functionality for the obligatory business processes like administering your customers through sales and purchasing as well as inventory management and accounting.

Order Management

As with every voucher in C3, orders also consist of any amount of items. Each item can contain individual delivery dates, discounts or commission. Additional products which you have in stock, can be checked for availability at the desired delivery date in real-time. For individual products, C3 generates an internal job order in the production planning and control systems. The entire prepress process is also managed by C3 by monitoring proof and data preparation activities.

Quotations

Delivery notes and invoices can be simply created with one click from order management. Every customer can have any amount of shipping or billing addresses. You can simply select a deviating address case by case or permanently assign a certain address as a default, for example the billing address. Short deliveries or partial billings are monitored transparently as well as collective invoices for various customer orders. The so called ?voucher chain? shows you at a glance any connected vouchers like quotations, orders or overdue notices. Completed orders can be prepared for shipping and weight data can be transmitted through connected scales. C3 can print the shipping label including routing information for your logistic partner.

Delivery, Invoices and Shipping

Quotations can be easily created as a result of cost estimation or can be built step by step with your articles and products, including alternatives. Quotations include feedback and status information as well as your calculated cost, staggered prices and profit margin for every product you are offering. In combination with your company?s own text components and the remark for a follow-up reminder for the account manager, quotations can be created quickly and consequently controlled. Quotations can be sent by e-mail with a PDF attachment.

Pricing

The C3 pricing system is especially flexible and can deal with individual customer prices and prices for certain customer groups or wholesalers. Individual discount lists and commission rates can always be for individual customers, groups or for all customers. A transparent set of priorities helps finding the right price and record the way of finding it. All prices are have validation rules such as ?valid through? and can include staggered prices. All past prices are stored, so every article or material has its own pricing history. On top, C3 is especially designed to administer any individual units, for example if sales prices are based on m².

Purchasing and Inventory

The purchasing and inventory functionalities are directly synchronized with your order and production management. Various disposition planning algorithms support you in finding the right order quantity and assure the raw material for the productions are available just in time. Articles or materials can be marked to be included in the inventory management or marked to only be used with serial numbers or batches. A stock receipt assistant helps to quickly identify open orders and record the internal acceptance.
